Amber Alert cancelled for Gabriella Garcia, Julian Garcia, Sebastian Garcia, Giovanna Garcia, and suspect Cesar Garcia out of Travis County, Texas, after they were found safe

AUSTIN, Texas (KTRK) An Amber Alert issued for four children in central Texas was canceled Sunday after they were found safe at an Austin hotel, authorities said. The Travis County Sheriff s Office had been looking for Gabriella Garcia, 10, Julian Garcia, 7, Sebastian Garcia, 3, and Giovanna Garcia, 2. The four children were believed to have been abducted early Sunday. Authorities had also been looking for Cesar Giovanna Garcia, 32, in relation to the case, but it wasn t immediately clear if he was detained. The case was turned over to Child Protective Services, according to the Travis County Sheriff s Office. Certain criteria need to be met in order for law enforcement to issue an Amber Alert for a missing child age 17 or younger.

The matter is now being handled civilly through Child Protective Services, the said. The sheriff s office says he has a tattoo on his chest that says “cidni” and one on his arm that says “My City.”

Woman arrested after two stolen cars, stolen firearms and narcotics found at her home and last updated 2020-12-14 18:05:59-05 KILLEEN, TX — One woman has been arrested after two stolen cars, two stolen firearms and narcotics were found at her home. The Killeen Police Department was contacted by the Travis County Sheriff s Office for help in locating a stolen vehicle equipped with a GPS tracker out of their agency. The GPS showed the stolen vehicle, a 2008 silver Mercedes, was in the backyard of a home in the 1100 block of Nolan Avenue. When officers arrived, they saw the stolen car parked in the backyard with another vehicle parked in the driveway. The vehicle in the driveway was found to be stolen out of Copperas Cove.
