SAN DIEGO (KGTV) â Disneyland and California Adventure have unveiled how the parks reservation system will work for fans eager to return to the Anaheim parks.
Both parks will reopen to the public with limited capacity on April 30 and tickets must be purchased in advance and online for a specific date. As expected, open reservation dates will be limited and more dates may be made available by the park on a rolling basis.
Disneyland Announces Dates for Ticket Sales and Reservations

Tickets will go back on sale for Disneyland and Disney California Adventure on April 15, the resort announced this morning. But people who have been holding on to Disneyland tickets since the parks closed due to the pandemic last March will be able to make reservations starting April 12. The Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen on April 30.
Disneyland will be using the five-tier admission ticket system that it introduced in February 2020 when its parks return. Prices for those tickets also will remain the same. Disneyland will publish a new ticket calendar - showing which tiers get you into the parks on each day - this Friday, April 9, so you can plan which ticket to buy on the 15th.

With about three weeks to go before Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park reopen, the Anaheim resort announced that ticket sales will begin Monday for those who are holding unused tickets and sales for all other California residents will launch April 15.
The two Disneyland Resort theme parks, which have been closed since March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, are scheduled to reopen April 30 with limited capacity and new virus safety protocols. The parks will operate from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ticket prices will not exceed last year’s prices, the parks said. The parks have a five-tier pricing scheme that charges more for days when demand is highest. An unused ticket for a lowest-tier day can only be used to book a reservation for a day that is designated for the lowest-tier price. The same rule applies to the other tiers, though unused higher-tier tickets can be applied to lower-tier days. The calendar that designates those tiers will go online Friday.
