When Alfresco Tasting Terrace opens May 20 at Disney California Adventure, Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders will see somewhat familiar names for items on the menu. The Passholder-exclusive location offers a selection of small bites, cocktails, beer, and wine from around the theme park.
Legacy Passholders looking for a bite to eat have five options, including Condor Flats-Bread and Mulholland Meatballs, references to past areas and attractions in the park such as Condor Flats and Mulholland Madness. It’s such a small, but thoughtful thing they’ve done with the menu.

California Secretary of Health and Human Services Dr. Mark Ghaly stated Tuesday that the state is on pace to drop tier restrictions and capacity limits; including a near elimination of the state-wide mask mandate.
California Governor Gavin Newsom stated in April that the state economy could completely reopen by June 15, provided that current health trends continued. Dr. Ghaly stated that as of May, California is on track to meet that goal.

Disneyland Confirms Only California Residents Will Be Allowed in Theme Parks Upon Reopening
Only California residents will be able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure when they reopen on April 30, and they must provide proof of residency along with their park ticket and reservation. This was confirmed in a Disney Parks Blog post today. The post also reiterates previously announced information regarding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance boarding groups, online check-in services, and face covering guidelines.
Anyone may visit Downtown Disney District at this time, regardless of residency, and may park in the Simba Lot.

Early today we reported that Disneyland had not changed their policy regarding admission of out-of-state guests.
Now a spokesperson for the California Department of Public Health has confirmed to InPark Magazine that “fully vaccinated people from out of state are now permitted to participate in activities restricted to in-state visitors.”
