A Florida investor has purchased a North Dallas apartment community.
Boca Raton-based Waypoint Real Estate Investments has purchased the 422-unit Hanover Midtown Park on Meadow Road near U.S. Highway 75.
Built in 2018, the 11-acre rental community includes four-story apartment buildings and was developed by Hanover Co.
The property is located the Walnut Hill DART commuter rail station, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas and Medical City Dallas.
Institutional Property Advisors brokered the sale of the apartments.
