It appears Southeast Texas will avoid a rollback for now. After five straight days of more than
15% of ICU hospital bed usage, the Texas Department of Health Service reported 14.39% in
Region R yesterday, which includes Southeast Texas. A seven day threshold of more than 15%
usage will require a rollback, which would reduce capacities in businesses from 75% to 50%.
