Consensus All-American Jace Jung Is Now A Part of Team USA The Big 12 s player of the year Jace Jung is now a consensus All-American. That s seven All-American nods for the Red Raiders Second Baseman. Four of the publications honored Jung with first-team recognition. Two gave him second-team awards and the seventh honor was a third-team. Jung also received a freshman All-American Honor from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. The first-team honors came from Collegiate Baseball Newspaper, Perfect Game, the College Baseball Foundation and the NCBWA. The second-team honors from D1baseball and Baseball America, with the final honor coming from the ABCA.
