The Senior Associate, Women’s Economic Empowerment, will play a lead role in developing Tetra Tech’s emerging WEE practice. This will include management of existing large contract(s) as well as developing proposals for new projects from existing clients and diversifying with new clients. The Senior Associate is a member of the operations staff, working in a sector; in this capacity, the Senior Associate will be assigned duties by the Sector Director, or designee, in the areas of project management, business development, and provision of technical assistance through billable work either at the client site or from the home office. Senior Associates are assigned to proposal and project teams in various roles such as Proposal Manager, Lead Technical Writer, and Project Manager, among others.

The five-year USAID-funded Collaborative Sustainable Fisheries Management (Bersama Keola Perikanan / Ber-IKAN) Activity will focus on advancing Indonesia s self-reliance to improve sustainable and equitable management of fisheries and reduce pressure to marine biodiversity. The Activity is anticipated to focus on improving evidence-based sustainable fisheries policies and its implementation for priority areas and fisheries; strengthening key fisheries value chains to support sustainable economic development; engaging increased private sector support for sustainable fisheries; and improving protection of endangered, threatened, protected (ETP) marine species and their habitats.
