Wanyama open to move to Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates or Mamelodi Sundowns

Kenya captain Victor Wanyama has sensationally suggested he would be open to a stint in the PSL with one of the big three.
“Maybe in the future one day I would love to have that experience [of playing in Africa], I like all the top teams in South Africa, Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and of course Mamelodi Sundowns,” Wanyama said in the latest Kick Off Magazine.
On the other hand, Laffor, 36, is hoping to move up on the list of the most successful players in the history of the PSL since its establishment in 1996.
Laffor, who has been plying in his trade in South Africa since 2005 when he joined Jomo Cosmos, is currently placed joint second with Kaizer Chiefs legend Thabo Mooki on the illustrious list with 14 trophies.
Only Orlando Pirates legend Daine Klate has won more trophies than Laffor with the former having lifted a record 15 titles during his time with SuperSport, Pirates and Bidvest Wits.
Mooki and Klate have both retired from professional football and Laffor will become the second player to win a record 15 trophies if he clinches the South African FA Cup with the Chilli Boys this weekend.
It is for these reasons the Head of State has decided to honour the 36-year-old.
The goalkeeper is already in Uganda after landing on Thursday and is scheduled to meet the President alongside the Minister of Sports Hamson Obua. The custodian will be accompanied by Fufa officials.
On Friday, he will be in parliament where he will be hosted before making a return to South Africa to prepare for Sunday s league assignment against TS Galaxy.
Onyango announced his retirement from the Uganda national team on April 12.
Having amassed over 70 caps with the Cranes since 2005, Onyango announced exactly two weeks after they failed to qualify for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations finals under his captaincy.

Kenya captain Victor Wanyama has opened up the door for a sensational move to the DStv Premiership with Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates or Mamelodi Sundowns.
Wanyama surprised many when he left Tottenham Hotspur for Major League Soccer outfit Montreal Impact upon falling out of favour under then-head coach Jose Mourinho.
But the desire for first-team football led the 29-year-old to the bold decision as he refused to sit on the sidelines until the next European transfer window.
And as he enters his second season in the United States, he s not shut the door on potentially playing his football in Africa, something he s yet to do in his 13 years of professional football.
