DENVER â A man and woman involved in the robbery and killing of a Denver homeowner off Monaco Street last month have been charged with murder, District Attorney Beth McCann announced Thursday.
Joshua Hamm, 38, and Tameka Dudley, 44, face charges of first-degree murder, criminal attempt to commit murder, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of first-degree burglary. A third suspect, Larry Hamm, 47, was shot and killed by Denver police during the incident, which unfolded shortly before noon on Dec. 28.

Tameka Lanise Dudley, 44, faces charges of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated motor vehicle theft. Dudley was taken into custody Thursday near South Parker Road and East Iliff Avenue.
Another suspect, 38-year-old Joshua Hamm, was arrested Monday, as the incident unfolded just after 11:20 a.m.
A third suspect was shot and killed by police during the incident as he attempted to carjack three vehicles, the third of which he successfully got inside.
A homeowner was killed during the incident in the 900 block of North Monaco. A neighbor had reported that the homeowner was being assaulted by three men.

Denver â A family is pleading with the public to help them track down a suspect Denver police believe was involved in a shooting that left their three-year-old niece fighting for her life.
The shooting happened outside a Little Caesars off Federal Boulevard and West Cornelle Avenue on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
Consuelo, who asked to be identified only be her first name, says her three-year-old niece, Isabella. was shot in the head and is in critical condition at Denver Health Medical Center. Isabella is the youngest in her family and to many, sheâs known as Bellita.
