The chief provocateur against Denver-based Dominion, attorney Sidney Powell, is just the first to answer for the validity of President Donald Trump s claims of fraud, at least in court, says Dominion s CEO.
CEO John Poulos told reporters Friday morning that the company in a lawsuit is seeking a conservative amount of damages from Powell at $1.3 billion.
While the list of defendants is expected to grow, it could involve national media outlets such as Fox News Channel and Newsmax, and is also expected to include Colorado-based conservative pundit Michelle Malkin and Joe Oltmann, CEO of the Colorado tech company PIN Business Network, who said he connected a Dominion employee to the activist group Antifa.
The Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems files lawsuit accusing her of spreading false narratives about the election that President Donald Trump lost to Joe Biden.

DENVER The Denver District Attorney s Office on Monday announced the indictments of 12 suspects it said are part of an organized crime group known as The Family.
The suspects, who were indicted on suspicion of operating as members of an enterprise, face a total of 92 counts in a series of crimes to support their methamphetamine addictions, according to a DA s Office press release.
They re accused in the identity thefts of more than 240 victims and in stealing and selling a multitude of items, including weapons, bicycles, sports memorabilia, jewelry, electronics, money and $500,000 in vehicles, the release says.

At a hearing Thursday morning in Denver District Court, Nathan Larson did not waive his right to an extradition hearing. As a result, a new court date was set for Jan. 28 and Larson will be held on $200,000 cash bond.
The Dominion Voting Systems employee who went into hiding after social media users placed a $1 million bounty on his head has made a virtual appearance in the courts and his 52-page lawsuit filed December 22 in Denver District Court targets President Donald Trump’s campaign, multiple media outlets, former Trump attorney Sidney Powell and an outspoken Castle Pines businessman, among other defendants.
