Jacksonville Beach s Springing the Blues returns with COVID rules

Springing the Blues, the music festival held every spring in Jacksonville Beach, will model its COVID-19 restrictions on those in place for Jacksonville s World of Nations festival. Fans will be required to wear face coverings unless actively eating or drinking in a stationary position while maintaining physical distance from others. Festival staff will give two warnings to those not wearing face coverings or wearing them improperly. Anyone receiving a third warning will be asked to leave.  A barrier will be set up in front of the stage to keep fans separated from performers and festival organizers are looking to create family groupings for those who are coming together as a group with socially distanced circles placed on the ground that will allow groups to pod or bubble together.
