Hickory Woman Charged With Habitual Larceny

43-year-old Cynthia Diane Hayes of Hickory was arrested Saturday (March 6) by Taylorsville Police Officers. She’s charged with felony habitual larceny along with misdemeanor counts of larceny and second degree trespass. Hayes was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $3,000 secured bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (March 8). She is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court March 29.

40-year old Crystal Anne Searle was arrested Tuesday (February 2) by Taylorsville Police Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and shoplifting with concealment of goods. Searle was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $3,500 secured bond. She remained in jail as of this afternoon (February 3). A District Court appearance is scheduled for next Monday (February 8).

Taylorsville Man Charged With Felony Drug Offense

36-year-old Leslie Allen James of Taylorsville was arrested Wednesday morning (January 27) by Taylorsville Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance along with misdemeanor counts of possession of stolen goods or property, and driving with license revoked. James was released from custody after posting $15,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled next Monday, February 1.
