Delaware News Journal A young woman fatally shot after a man shot at her moving car has been identified as Maricruz Sanchez, Delaware State Police said.  The 20-year-old from Milford died Friday, days after being shot in her car on March 31.  A mother of two, she was an innocent victim, police said.  At about 3:15 p.m., Sanchez was driving west on Route 14 in the area of Sandbox Road. An unknown person in a dark-colored SUV crossed the double-yellow line and pulled alongside her vehicle.  The person fired a gun numerous times into Sanchez s car before fleeing the scene, police said. Sanchez lost control of the car after being shot and crashed into a nearby field, police said.
