DOYLESTOWN, PA Delaware Valley University is seeking a new tenant for the space that once housed The Market at Delval.
The university has hired Equity Retail Brokers, of Plymouth Meeting, to find an appropriate suitor for the space at 2100 Lower State Road in Doylestown.
Shady Brook Farm, of Yardley, vacated the space on August 15, citing COVID-19 operating restrictions. Farm president Paul Fleming said the added difficulties of running a specialty foods and garden center made it impossible for the business to continue serving the public.

Located at the intersection of Lower State Road and Farm View Road, the space can support a range of business types and provide opportunities to partner with the university, college officials said.
Mesa Lifestyle is announcing the launch of its new virtual eco-education program, “BEEyond Sustainability.” The program, available at www.mesalifestyle.com, teaches how to apply sustainability to all aspects of human existence, through instructional videos, actionable steps, and accessible solutions.
Owner Melissa (Mesa) Matarese says “BEEyond Sustainability” will teach participants how to make behavioral changes in their everyday habits, as well as how to decrease their carbon footprint while increasing their positive impact. “As humans we have separated ourselves from nature,” Matarese says, “This disconnect makes it easier for us to unknowingly make choices that lead to environmental crises. To heal these crises we must first remember that we are nature, and then learn how to live in greater synergy.”
