According to Bastian, over 60% of Delta employees have had at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. He expects that percentage to eventually increase to around 75 or 80%. But he said there could still be consequences for employees who don t get vaccinated.  For example, you probably will not be able to fly an international flight if you are not vaccinated because it s going to be mandated by local authorities in order to get into the country, he said.
