Gigantic machines that belt out 1,000-1,200 chapattis in an hour, washing machines and solar panels installed on tractor-trolleys for charging mobile phones technology is keeping the protesters camping at this highway-turned-township going.
The chapatti-makers ensure timely meals for the protesters and that langar is served smoothly till midnight.

border to demand a repeal of the Centre s agri reforms. Over the days, Good Samaritans, gurdwara committees and NGOs have pooled technological resources to ensure the agitation isn t hampered by the lack of basic amenities.

As the agitation against the
new agricultural laws entered its 21st day, a 65-year-old committed suicide at the
Singhu border protest site on Wednesday, saying he could not bear to see the ordeal of the
farmers .

The deceased has been identified as
Baba Ram Singh of Singhra village in Nissing area of Haryana s Karnal district.
He left a suicide note which states that he couldn t see the ordeal of farmers who are sitting on the outskirts of the national capital protesting against the recently-passed farm laws.
In a video clip, Akali spokesperson and president of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, said: “He was a great man who devoted his life to the cause of people… I appeal to everyone to remain calm since some can use this to cause mischief.”
Darshan Pal from the BKU said: “Earlier today, we came to know about his death. We also came across a letter in which he said he could not bear the pain of the farmers. It is true that many people come here and they may be moved by what they see. And the way this government is treating them. We are saddened by the death and extend our condolences to the family.”

A Sikh priest from a gurdwara in Haryana who had recently joined the protests against Centre s three farm laws at Delhi’s Kundli border died by suicide on Wednesday, according to several media reports.
The priest, identified by some outlets as Baba Ram Singh ji Singhra wale, left a note in Punjabi in which he said that he was sacrificing his life to express anger and pain against the government s injustice to farmers, as per reports.
