New Delhi: On Saturday, the Patiala House Court in Delhi reserved its order for January 23 on the bail plea of climate activist Disha Ravi, who was held in connection with the toolkit case. Disha arrested in toolkit case in relation to farmers protest
A Delhi court on Friday sent climate activist Disha Ravi to three-days judicial custody in connection with the toolkit case. The 21-year-old activist was produced before the court amid high security at the end of her five-days police custody.
Ravi was arrested from Bengaluru on February 13 in connection with allegedly editing and sharing a toolkit on social media related to the farmers protest.

Activist Disha Ravi on Friday was sent to 3-day judicial custody by Delhi s Patiala House Court in the toolkit case. The activist was produced before ACMM Aakash Jain at the Patiala House Court.
Disha Ravi, who was first produced before the court on February 14 and sent to 5-day police remand was evasive during the investigation, therefore, they needed three days more, said Delhi Police Prosecutor Irfan Ahmed.
Delhi Police said in the Patiala House Court that Disha Ravi has been evasive in giving replies during the interrogation and shifted the blame onto co-accused Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk, therefore, a notice has been served to Shantanu and that is the reason Disha has to be confronted infront of him.

New Delhi: A group of former judges and IPS officers has written a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind backing the Delhi Police on the arrest of climate activist Disha Ravi for allegedly being involved in sharing a toolkit on social media related to the farmers protest.
