Cong protests against Farm Laws at BJP Headquarters
New Delhi, Dec 15 (UNI) Congress workers on Tuesday staged a protest at BJP headquarters, here, demanding the repeal of the three farm laws, enacted recently by the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.
Addressing the party activists, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief Anil Kumar said, The Centre should work in the favour of farmers, instead of capitalists. Congress supports the farmers protests, seeking roll-back of the black laws which, in the present format, will hand over the farm sector to Mr Modi s rich Corporate friends on a platter, who will then decide the purchase and selling prices of farm products with an eye on their own profit margins, instead of protecting the interest of farmers and consumers.
