The defendant, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was handed a 24-month youth rehabilitation order by Judge Mark Dennis QC at the Old Bailey on Monday.
The boy will be sentenced at the Old Bailey on 8 February.

A neo-Nazi teenager who wanted to “hang” gay people and “shoot up” Pride parades has become the UK’s youngest convicted terrorist.
According to the
BBC, the now 16-year-old from Cornwall, who cannot be named, downloaded his first bomb-making manual when he was just 13, and that same year he joined the neo-Nazi forum Fascist Forge.
He began collecting extremist materials and used the forum to express homophobic, racist and antisemitic views between 2018 and 2019, a court heard.
The young boy discussed “gassing” Jewish people as well as hanging gay people and “shooting up their parades”.

The boy from Cornwall had admitted 12 offences, two of dissemination of terrorist documents and 10 of possession of terrorist material.
At 13 years old he downloaded his first bombmaking manual and later that year joined online forum Fascist Forge.
The sentencing hearing of the now 16 year old will continue on 8 February.
The court heard he was the leader of the British version of a now banned neo-Nazi terrorist organisation.

On Monday 1 February he appeared before the Old Bailey to be sentenced, having admitted 12 offences - two of dissemination of terrorist documents and 10 of possession of terrorist material.
The court heard between October 2018 and July 2019, the youth collected a significant amount of far right material and manuals and was active on online platforms, expressing racist, homophobic and anti-Semitic views.
