Officers with the Greenfield Police Department arrested the suspects at 12:35 p.m. and they were turned over to Massachusetts State Police to be processed at the Shelburne Falls barracks. No information about the suspects’ identities was available as of 4 p.m., State Police spokesperson David Procopio said, though it is believed the man was driving the vehicle. According to Procopio, at 11:45 a.m. a state trooper heading north on Interstate 91 tried to stop a blue SUV with Delaware plates that had been reported stolen.
