As a result, only labor-related services rendered by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration will remain available in the central city, Banayo said in a telephone interview. All concerns relating to consular, notarial and assistance to nationals, as well as overseas absentee voting, will be diverted to either MECO s Taipei or Kaohsiung offices, he added.
