CNA photo Jan. 20, 2021 Taipei, Jan. 20 (CNA) The 2021 Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS) will open in March as scheduled, even though Taiwan has reported an increase in the number of domestic COVID-19 cases, the chairman of the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) said Wednesday. Speaking at a news conference, Alex Ko (柯拔希) said he has faith in the nation s ability to fight the pandemic, despite a spike in domestic confirmed cases related to a cluster of infections at a hospital in Taoyuan, northern Taiwan.
