An India-based health care services provider has leased a large block of office space in the Cypress Waters development northwest of Dallas.
Firstsource Healthcare is taking almost 50,000 square feet in the 3100 Olympus office building near the south shore of North Lake.
Firstsource Healthcare subleased the offices from telecom firm Nokia in the building, which was constructed in 2017. The prime office space was available through 2029.

Construction has started on the tallest building in the booming Cypress Waters development northwest of Dallas.
The 10-story office building is on Olympus Boulevard overlooking North Lake. Designed by Dallas’ O’Brien Architects, the building will include 300,000 square feet of space.
Plans for the project have been in the works for more than a year.
With several recent leases at Cypress Waters, project developer Billingsley Co. is moving ahead with the high-rise.
