Last month, Apple released the much-awaited App Tracking Transparency feature with the iOS 14.5/iPadOS 14.5 to all eligible iPhones and iPads.
The new critical security feature gives more power to device owners to put a stop on apps from tracking and storing user information.
It was welcomed by all users and tech critics around the world. As per the study, close to 90% of the global Apple device users have disabled the App Tracking.
Apple s move has enraged top app makers especially Facebook, which owns Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which have registered billions of installations on phones around the world. They generate revenue by offering targeted ads based on user s search habits and also location details.

Telegram has released a new update bringing a slew of new value-added features to its messenger app.
In the latest update, the company will now allow merchants/ business owners to accept credit card payments in any private chats with users, Groups, and Channels through 8 different integrated third-party payment providers.
Telegram s partner payment firms include Stripe, Yandex. Money, Sberbank, Tranzzo, Payme, CLICK, LiqPay, ECOMMPAY. This payment feature is currently available in 200 different countries including India.
Telegram promises all the transactions including the bot-generated invoices of the purchase are fully protected. It says payment transaction details will not be stored or tracked and the company does not charge any commission.

Last month, OnePlus hosted a virtual global product launch event to unveil the new generation flagship phone OnePlus 9 series. However, the programme just showed two mobiles- OnePlus 9 Pro and the standard OnePlus 9, but never advertised the special OnePlus 9R edition.
Actually, the OnePlus 9R was an exclusive variant for the Indian market. It has a similar design language as we in the other two, but differs in terms of internal hardware and also costs significantly less.
Now, the new OnePlus 9R is available on Amazon and the OnePlus India store starting Thursday (April 15) onwards.
OnePlus 9R sports a 6.55-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, support HDR10+. It also features stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
