Note: In 2010, JB Handley coined a phrase called feeding the hungry lie:
The “hungry lie” on autism is both maddeningly simple and simply maddening and goes something like this: “It’s been asked and answered, vaccines don’t cause autism.”
As I’ve written about repeatedly, this is a huge lie, a critical lie, and a very “hungry” lie, because it constantly needs to be fed.

According to a new report, multiple anti-vaccine organizations have received more than $850K in loans from the federal Paycheck Protection Program installed to provide relief to companies amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The
Washington Post reports that the National Vaccine Information Center, Mercola Health Resources, Informed Consent Action Network, the Children’s Health Defense Co., and the Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center all received PPP funding from the government. The Center for Countering Digital Hate conducted the research using public documents and uncovered the loans. Texas-Based Anti-Vaccine Group Got Federal Bailout Money
The pandemic hit the country hard in 2020 and the government tried to get money to businesses that needed it. Instead, we heard about major corporations getting the small business loans and Joel Osteen s megachurch getting millions of dollars. Now we re hearing about some anti-vaxxers groups getting a bunch of federal money during the pandemic.
At a minimum, it’s a mixed message from the government. Those individuals who are hesitant are going to be looking to various pieces of information to help them make this decision.and if one of the key pieces of information coming out is the government funding anti-vaccine groups, it could send a signal to these individuals that maybe they shouldn t be vaccinating.
