WWE announces Kofi Kingston dealing with jaw injury

Kofi Kingston appears to be dealing with a jaw injury. On Monday night s episode of Raw, it was said that Kingston wasn t on the show due to suffering a broken jaw during a match against The Hurt Business in recent weeks. T-Bar defeated Kingston s tag team partner Xavier Woods in a singles match on Monday s Raw after Woods was distracted by RETRIBUTION. Prior to Monday s Raw, Kingston interviewed rugby player Tendai Mtawarira on Instagram Live and said he was dealing with a jaw injury where his mouth was only closing on one side. Whether or not Kingston s injury is a broken jaw hasn t been confirmed. He was most recently in action when The New Day (Kingston & Woods) defeated The Miz & John Morrison on last week s Legends Night edition of Raw. The Hurt Business (Bobby Lashley, MVP, Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander) defeated Kingston, Woods, Jeff Hardy & Riddle in an eight-man tag match on Raw the week before that.

WWE Raw live results: TLC fallout, six-man street fight

The Big Takeaway   WWE followed consecutive bad Raw shows and an all-time bad rating with another poor show. Not only was it not an improvement in any way, but there was nothing new or different about it, besides the returning Charlotte Flair.  The main story of the show was Keith Lee and Sheamus not getting along, with Drew McIntyre trying to keep the peace. Lee got the pin in the main event but Sheamus laid him out with a Brogue Kick.  Bray Wyatt was not on the show but Alexa Bliss returned to issue a warning to Randy Orton.

WWE TLC live results: Reigns vs Owens, McIntyre vs Styles

The Universal Championship and WWE Championship will both be on the line in tables, ladders, and chairs matches tonight. Tonight s TLC pay-per-view will feature Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against Kevin Owens and Drew McIntyre defending his WWE Championship against AJ Styles in tables, ladders, and chairs matches. Styles has warned McIntyre that he won t be facing him alone, with Money in the Bank briefcase holder The Miz, John Morrison, and Styles associate Omos also set to get involved in the match. The first-ever Firefly Inferno match will also take place as Randy Orton faces The Fiend Bray Wyatt. A game of hide-and-seek between Orton and Wyatt on last week s Raw ended with Orton putting Wyatt in a box and lighting it on fire. But The Fiend then emerged and put Orton in the Mandible Claw.
