Hapbee Technologies, Inc. (TSXV: HAPB) ("Hapbee" or the "Company"), a wellness technology company utilizing groundbreaking magnetic field technology in its Hapbee wearable, is pleased to announce that it has granted stock options exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate of 40,000 shares of the Company and restricted stock units exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate of 100,000 shares of the Company, to certain consultants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan (the "Option Plan") and restricted stock unit plan ("RSU Plan"), as the case may be. The options are exercisable at the price of C$0.67 per share until March 5, 2029, subject to any earlier termination in accordance with the Option Plan; the restricted stock units are exercisable until March 5, 2024, subject to any earlier termination in accordance with the RSU Plan.
