The organization has submitted a drought survival proposal to the provincial and federal governments, asking both levels to work with grain companies to remove barriers preventing the salvage of feed from forward-contracted crops. It is also recommending governments work with railway companies to find affordable transportation for relocating feed, feed grains and by-products to deficit areas in the province.

La obra del acueducto La Florida II ya arrancó y optimizará el servicio de agua cruda, para su posterior potabilización; tendrá 25 mil metros de longitud y beneficiará a unos 170 mil vecinos de San Luis, Juana Koslay y La Punta. De acuerdo a lo que informó el jefe del Programa Infraestructura Hídrica, Fernando Yanzón, el sistema actual se construyó hace más de 50 años y presenta algunas dificultades propias del paso del tiempo, que la nueva obra solucionará con un diseño que evitará averías.
