SAN ANGELO, TX On December 15, 2020 San Angelo Police Department Detectives working with the Texas Rangers, members of the USMS Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, and officers with the Odessa Police Department CID/SWAT executed a search warrant at a residence in Odessa Texas. Investigators had probable cause that Wendy McCluskey, who was wanted for Tampering with Evidence out of Howard County, was inside this location.
On Thursday, December 18, 2020, Detectives obtained a warrant for Wendy McCluskey for Murder and the warrant was added to her charges in Ector County. This investigation is ongoing and additional details will be released when they become available.

A day following the arrest of a suspect in connection to a gruesome slaying of a San Antonio woman, an arrest affidavit has revealed disturbing details surrounding her death.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar on Wednesday said that Rafael Castillo, 26, was arrested on a murder charge in the death of Nicole Perry, whose body was found on Nov. 19.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – A man has been arrested in connection with the “gruesome” slaying and dismemberment of a San Antonio woman, ABC affiliate KSAT reported Thursday.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said Rafael Castillo, 26, was arrested in Brownsville, Texas on Wednesday and is a suspect in the murder of Nicole Perry.
On Nov. 19, work crews found Perry’s body wrapped in a tarp while cleaning an area well known for dumping, Salzar said.
Salazar said investigators followed leads and ended up at a home on West Harlan Avenue in San Antonio, where a “gruesome picture” began to unravel.
