BRAIN AG publishes its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019/20
Today, B.R.A.I.N. Biotechnology Research and Information Network AG ( BRAIN AG ) published its annual report 2019/20 including the detailed consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2019/20.
The BRAIN Group reported 3.4% organic revenue growth despite the challenging economic environment leading to consolidated revenues of EUR 38.2 million in the past financial year. Total operating performance in the reporting period from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020 has been at EUR 39.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA slightly improved from EUR -2.2 million in the previous year to EUR -2.0 million due to an improved material expense ratio.

Aroundtown ( the Company or AT ) announces today the results of the Scrip Dividend announced in its corporate news of 15 December 2020.
Shareholders of approximately 491 million shares opted to receive their dividend in the form of shares of the Company. Accordingly, 11,257,157 shares of the Company will be delivered to shareholders in connection with the Scrip Dividend.

BRUSSELS/FRANKFURT/PARIS (dpa-AFX) - AUTO1 Group SE, Europe s leading digital automotive platform, announced intention to list shares on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The planned offering is expected to comprise newly issued shares from a capital increase and existing shares as well as shares in connection with possible over-allotments, covered by a greenshoe option provided by certain selling shareholders.
