Migrant workers Taiwan placement to resume after COVID-19 cases drop 11th May 2021

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Manpower intends to reopen the placement program for Indonesian migrant workers, particularly to Taiwan, once the number of COVID-19 cases declines in Indonesia and at the placement destination. The government is very serious and continues to put in its best efforts to stem the spread of COVID-19.
Alhamdulillah (Thank God), on May 9, the number continues to decline to 3,922 new COVID-19 cases. If we are able to continue to lower this number, then the placement of migrant workers in Taiwan can soon be reopened, Manpower Minister Ida Fauziyah stated in Jakarta, Tuesday.
