LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. (AP) Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) on Wednesday reported first-quarter earnings of $21 million.
The Long Island City, New York-based company said it had net income of 92 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, came to 97 cents per share.
The auto parts maker posted revenue of $276.6 million in the period.
Standard Motor Products shares have climbed 9% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 16% in the last 12 months.
