Garden Court, Inc. will conduct a Groundbreaking Ceremony for their Plymouth Permanent Supportive Housing Project, Saint Katharina Kasper Serenity Place, on Wednesday December 16, 2020 at 11:00 am at the project site, 1804 W. Jefferson St. in Plymouth, Indiana. Attendees may use the parking lot of Centier Bank adjacent to the site. Garden Court, Inc. initiated development of this project in 2016 after an area study identified a compelling need for this type of housing in Plymouth and surrounding communities. Serenity Place will provide eighteen (18) units of permanent supportive housing for very low-income individuals and families with children experiencing homelessness. The development will include a two‐story energy efficient building consisting of four one bedroom units, ten two-bedroom units, and four three-bedroom units.
