ATV driver charged with impaired, mischief
A West Nipissing man making an unwanted visit to a Sturgeon Falls residence via ATV faces several charges.

On Saturday at 10:03 p.m., members from the Nipissing West OPP “investigated a traffic complaint of an ATV driving dangerously on Highway 17 in Sturgeon Falls,” according to a release.
“Police located the ATV at a residence on Cache Bay Road and the driver was attempting to gain access into that residence.”
Nicholas Thibault, 27, from West Nipissing, was arrested and charged with impaired driving, dangerous operation and mischief under $5,000.
