A MAN has been arrested in Inverkeithing in connection with the theft of cars almost 160 miles away. It has been reported that there was a heavy police presence centred on the town s Belleknows Industrial Estate last night (Wednesday), and was in connection to a crime that took place in Elgin, Moray, earlier this month. Police Scotland have confirmed to the Press that a 25-year-old male was detained in Inverkeithing, and is set to appear at court in Inverness today (Thursday). The suspect was traced following police enquiries into the theft of three vehicles 14 days ago.
