Preparations in full swing to organize three-day Thar Festival in Mithi District Administration in collaboration with Tharparkar, Thar Foundation and all other concerned departments have decided to organize three day Thar Festival. The theme “Thar Badlega Pakistan” on 19, 20 and 21st of next month at Marvin ground in Mithi. This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar Mohammad Nawaz Khoso while presiding over a meeting to review the arrangements for organizing Thar Festival at Darbar Hall Mithi. He further said that the main objective of Thar Festival is to introduce Thar as a civilized, desert of peace to all over the world.

Sindh Mental Health Authority (SMHA) chairperson Senator Dr Karim Khawaja made this announcement at the concluding ceremony of a three-day training workshop, titled Telehelp services on Mental Health , on Wednesday.
