The Falcon and The Winter Soldier brought a lot of new characters into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many of whom are likely to have a future beyond the Disney+ series.Â
One of those is Eli Bradley; the grandson of Isaiah, his comic book counterpart inherits some of his superpowers and goes on to suit up as Young Avengers leader, Patriot. Elijah Richardson played only a very minor role in the show, but the groundwork was definitely laid for his eventual return.Â

After Thanos’ now-famous snap became the most defining moment of the franchise, Marvel, in this ‘post-Blip’ world is now once again in the process of creating new stories that are rooted in emotion and sentiment.
After the fantastic WandaVision, we now have The Falcon and the Winter Soldier that works better as a ‘larger than life’ story than it does as something relatable.
In a moving moment at the end of Avengers: Endgame, Steve Rogers hands over the mantle of Captain America to Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) by giving away his shield. When Wilson tries it on for the first time, Rogers asks him how it feels, and he replies, “Like it’s someone else’s.”

New political intrigue and a healthy dose of emotional stakes are great, but what really makes The Star-Spangled Man sing is the return of Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan s delightfully antagonistic chemistry. (85%)Â
Falcon and the Winter Soldier is still spreading its wings when it should be soaring during this transitionary installment, but Power Broker is still a lot of fun thanks to the return of Daniel Brühl and Emily VanCamp to the MCU.

Soldier focused on Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes, the series also introduced quite a few new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Aside from Isaiah Bradley, the most notable of these new additions was undoubtedly Joaquin Torres, who helped Sam out on his journey. Torres doesn t have a ton of screentime throughout the six-episode series, but his appearance could have significant impact on the MCU going forward.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier may have reached its conclusion, but there s still plenty of merchandise on the way.
Revealed as part of Monday s Marvel Must-Haves, we kick things off with Marvel Legends action figures for Sam Wilson/Captain America, Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier, and John Walker/U.S. Agent. We also have some cool new t-shirt designs featuring the Marvel Cinematic Universe s Captain America, and another batch of Funko Pop figures.
