HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – The coroner has identified the young man whose body was recovered Tuesday night in the Lumber River.
According to information from the Horry County Coroner’s Office, the body of 18-year-old Tyshawn Page, of Mullins, was recovered by divers near Ricefield Cove Landing in Nichols.
The death has been ruled an accidental drowning, Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden said.
According to information from the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the incident occurred at the Ricefield Cove Landing around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday near Nichols.

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The Horry County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of Monday’s fatal shooting on Cedar Street as 25-year old William Wallace, of Myrtle Beach.
Myrtle Beach police responded to a call for a possible overdose on Cedar Street, Monday morning, according to an incident report.
The report states when the first officer arrived they found EMS giving medical attention to an unconscious 25-year old man.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - The man charged in a deadly boating accident on the Intracoastal Waterway is scheduled to appear in court next week.
The Horry County Public Index shows 27-year-old John Kody Ray has a hearing set at the Conway Magistrate Court on May 5.
This hearing does not involve the charge of DUI involving death, but the charge related to the operation of the boat itself.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - The Horry County Coronerâs Office has released the name of a man killed in a crash over the weekend.
Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard identified the driver as 36-year-old Jeremy Gore of Conway. Willard said he died of multiple traumatic injuries.
Horry County Fire Rescue and troopers were called on Saturday to the single-vehicle crash in the 4300 block of Pee Dee Highway, near Conway.
