Its a sign of accepted discrimination by law enforcement and shows how some things are ok in society to discriminate against which is a double standard. The sheriff’s office said around noon on Dec. 11, they were notified a person had been shot on a property near Hayfork. Deputies arrived on the scene and detained several people. Authorities said they located a dead person, who appeared to have sustained a gunshot wound. A search warrant was executed at the property and all detained individuals were interviewed. Later on, Joseph Nieves, of New York, was arrested on homicide charges, according to the sheriff’s office.

Press release from the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office: On December 11, 2020 at 12:00 PM, it was reported to the Trinity County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center that a subject on a property near Hayfork, CA, had been shot. Deputies responded to the location and upon arrival, detained a variety of individuals. Deputies also located on the property a recently deceased individual, who appeared to have sustained a gunshot wound. A Search Warrant was prepared and executed at the property, and all detained individuals were interviewed. At the conclusion of the initial investigation, one subject identified as Joseph Nieves was arrested for homicide.
