A Tillsonburg pastor who has continued to hold indoor services during Ontario’s emergency shutdown has been charged twice under the Reopening Ontario Act.
Steve Richardson, pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church, has been ticketed twice in the last seven weeks for services held in the church on Bidwell Street that violated emergency measures intended to slow the spread of COVID-19, an OPP spokesperson said.
