Gurugram : In its very first year, Masters’ Union Business School’s inaugural cohort of 65 students has found placements in over 40 top firms, with the most popular sectors being consulting, private equity, venture capital, product management, data sciences and marketing.
In its first ever internship report, the B-School’s Careers Department stated that top recruiters coming to the B-School for the placements include Mckinsey, BCG, Tata IQ, PWC, EY and KPMG among the consulting firms.
This is the first time that such illustrious companies have hired from a B-School other than the old IIMs and ISB. Masters’ Union CEO, Rupesh said “It is due to the quality of the cohort, the tech focussed curriculum, the deep industry immersion, and the practitioner led classes that our students achieved tremendous placement success, at par with the old IIMs”

Sanjana says she feels honoured by the gesture. Getting to witness the energy, optimism, and bravery of young college students in our country, even when placed in most dire circumstances like these, makes me feel so proud. I feel honoured to be called upon by leading educational institutions to help them through, by sharing personal anecdotes from my student journey and ideating with them on ways in which they can be their most productive selves even in such trying times, she said.

Urvashi Rautela unveils motion poster of her music video ‘Doob gaye’
Mumbai– Urvashi Rautela took to Instagram on Friday to post the motion poster of her upcoming music single “Doob gaye”, featuring singer Guru Randhawa. Both the artistes look madly in love in the poster.
She captioned the post as: “Hum to doob gaye unke pyaar mein! Doob Gaye releasing on 30th April.”
Later the actress also put up a fun video, where she welcomes everyone to a make-up master class.
In the video she tries doing Guru’s make-up, which leaves the crew in splits.

upGrad and Amrita University partnership
upGrad recently announced its partnership with Amrita University (Vishwa Vidyapeetham) and the addition of two new degree programmes Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degrees to its online learning portfolio. The three-year undergraduate (UG) degree programmes will be powered by upGrad and learners will receive an Amrita Alumni status, including internships, projects, and placement help, along with their degree.

Firms are hiring students only for work for home, said Rehan Suri of the university s placement cell. There are very few companies that want a physical presence of interns.
