Senate adopts resolution expressing profound sympathy on PNoy s death
The Senate on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, has unanimously adopted a resolution expressing the chamber s profound sympathy and sincere condolences on the death of former President Benigno Noynoy Aquino III.
Senate Resolution No. (SRN) 760, taking into consideration SRN 761, 762, 763, 764 and 765, honors the life and legacy of Aquino, also known as PNoy. Aquino, the 15th Philippine President, died on June 24, 2021 at the age of 61. He served as Representative of the 2nd District of Tarlac from 1998 to 2007, and Senator from 2007 to 2010.
Senate President Vicente Sotto III in his co-sponsorship of the measures, cited Aquino for anchoring his administration on the fight against corruption.

Mumbai University Exams 2021 have been postponed again but this time for the Institute of Distance and Open Learning, IDOL courses. These exams have been postponed from July 30 to August 18 as of now. This decision has been taken by the University due to extremely heavy rainfall in the city and prevailing bad weather conditions.
As per the notification released, the Semester 1 exam of the January-December 2021 session and Semester 2 exams of July 2020 sessions have been postponed as of now. This applies to the exams of both Undergraduate, UG and Postgraduate, PG courses. Students are advised to keep a check on the official site of Mumbai Universit
