Mayham, a native of New York who’d moved to Colorado, realized that land he owned between Denver and Boulder might increase in value if a Presbyterian university was set up nearby, so he donated 640 acres of land to the Denver Presbytery.
Forty acres of that donation would be used for the campus of Westminster University, eighty acres for a farm to support and feed the school, and the rest divided up and sold for the predicted community that would develop around the project.

Second Republic Senator and leader of Yoruba self-determination group, Ilana Omo Oodua, Prof. Banji Akintoye, has raised the alarm, that terrorists have invaded the South-West and are planning to attack major religious edifices and bridges in the region any moment from now.
In a letter to South West governors, Akintoye urged the leaders in the region to be vigilant and ensure that their fatherland was not captured by invaders.
Akintoye, in a statement by his Communications Manager, Maxwell Adeleye, also said the new midnight curfew announced by the Federal Government to curtail the spread of Covid-19 in the country looks suspicious with clandestine motives.
