AMBALA: Ambala-based Indian Army soldier Havildar Nirmal Singh (37) got martyred after Pakistan violated the ceasefire and resorted to firing on forward position along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on Thursday, the officials said.
The army officials told that Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing along the LoC in the Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch, and the Indian Army responded to the firing in a befitting manner.
