BUCKS COUNTY, PA An Upper Bucks man was arraigned in court on Tuesday on charges of making terroristic threats to high-ranking government officials.
Kris John Kinsey, 61, of Upper Black Eddy, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in a wooded area of Upper Bucks County on Friday. He was wanted on a felony arrest warrant from Ohio on charges that he made threats to President-elect Joe Biden, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and US. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Kinsey posted several threatening messages, images and videos on his Facebook page threatening violence and death to the official, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
