Maximum duration of Isha and Taraweeh prayers in mosques is capped at 30 minutes

A set of mandatory guidelines for worshippers attending prayers across mosques in Dubai during the holy month of Ramadan, have been announced.
The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) said that Isha and Taraweeh prayers can be performed in mosques, as long as worshippers observe precautionary guidelines, including wearing of face masks and maintaining physical distancing.
Dubai: Dubai issued guidelines for the operation of restaurants, cafes, shisha cafes and hotels during the month of Ramadan, which will probably begin on April 13, on Thursday.
Based on the decision issued by Dubai s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management regarding the following of COVID-19 protocols, Dubai Municipality directs all restaurants, cafes, shisha cafes and hotels facilities to close by 4am during the month of Ramadan.
Dubai Municipality also called on the establishments to stop receiving food orders at 3am. Inspection teams, says Dubai Municipality, will be regularly carrying out intensive inspection campaigns to ensure the compliance. Non-compliant establishments will be penalised according to the rules and regulations.

Isha prayers to be offered 5 minutes after Azan.
The Isha prayers will be offered five minutes after the call for prayer (Azan) during the holy month of Ramadan in Dubai. Mosques will be closed immediately after Taraweeh prayers are completed.
These are part of the updated set of mandatory precautionary guidelines for worshipers offering congregational prayers in mosques during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

In line with the directives of Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has announced a set of mandatory precautionary guidelines for worshipers attending prayers in mosques during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The Department said that Isha and Taraweeh prayers can be performed in mosques, provided worshippers continue to observe precautionary guidelines, including wearing of face masks and maintaining physical distancing.
Isha prayers will be held five minutes after the azan.
The maximum duration of both prayers in mosques has been capped at 30 minutes.
