Trump Tower in New York Selling Less Per Square Foot Than City Condominium Average

Trump Tower in Manhattan is selling for less per square foot than the New York City s condominium average, according to research firm CityRealty.
The same goes for seven other Manhattan buildings that tote former President Donald Trump s name as the prices are down to 15-year lows and those looking for real estate bargains have been eyeing up the deals, the Associated Press reports. I have never seen buildings plummet so dramatically. It seems like this is a bottom, senior content director at CityRealty, Ondel Hylton, told the Associated Press.
