Virtual workshop set
The Blair County Chamber of Commerce Safety Committee will host a virtual workshop from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. April 23.
The presentation, “One year of COVID What have we learned and where do we stand,” will be presented by Dr. Andrea Knab of Geisinger Health System-Mount Nittany Medical Center.

The Saint Francis University Small Business Development Center and Somerset Trust Co. have scheduled a pre-business planning webinar at 5 p.m. March 31.
The free webinar is for people who are interested in opening and operating their own business. Topics to be discussed are feasibility issues, marketing, recordkeeping, business plans, legal issues, regulations/taxes and financing.
