Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE:RSTI), Russia s largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that the Board of Directors of Yantarenergo resolved to terminate the powers of Andrey Yepifanov early as the Acting Director General of Yantarenergo, effective from April 6, 2021.     He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University in 2005, majoring in Law. In 2006-2007, he studied corporate management, project management, and marketing management at the Saint Petersburg State University. In 2012, he completed a course on financial management at the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.   On July 2018, Artyom Pidnik was appointed as the Acting Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs and Finance, IDGC of North-West and since October 2018, he was appointed as the Director General, IDGC of North-West.
