University Hospitals and ValueHealth LLC a health care services company that operates Ambulatory Centers of Excellence (ACE) have entered into a new joint venture, announcing a new ambulatory surgery center planned for Lorain County.
Through the move that expands ValueHealth s footprint to include UH, the new center is slated to open in the second quarter of 2022 at a yet-to-be announced site in Lorain County, according to a news release. It is the first in a series of projects to be developed through the new joint venture.
